Full Cancellation Policy

Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before Pickup

You may cancel your booking free of charge at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. If you have prepaid, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total transfer price. This covers the cost of the driver and vehicle already assigned to your booking.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the agreed meeting point within the complimentary waiting period (45 minutes for airport pickups, 15 minutes for other locations) and do not make contact with us, the booking will be treated as a no-show. No refund applies for no-shows.

Flight Cancellations & Diversions

If your inbound flight is cancelled by the airline, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will reschedule your transfer at no additional charge, or issue a full refund at your request. We monitor flights and may contact you proactively if we detect a cancellation.

Modifications to Bookings

You may modify your booking (date, time, passenger count, destination) free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability. Modifications within 4 hours are accepted where possible but may not always be guaranteed.

Verbal cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email.
