Where do I meet my driver at Istanbul Airport (IST)?
Your driver waits at Column / Pillar 31 in the Arrivals Hall, Ground Floor, holding a sign with your name. Exact details are also in your WhatsApp confirmation.
Where do I meet my driver at Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW)?
Your driver waits at Column / Pillar 13 at the Arrivals Exit, outside the terminal building, holding a sign with your name.
How long will the driver wait for me?
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting after your actual landing time. We track your flight, so delays do not cost extra.
What if I cannot find my driver?

Which exit number should I use at Istanbul Airport?
You do not need to look for a particular exit number. Once you are through passport control and customs, walk into the Arrivals Hall on the Ground Floor and head for Column / Pillar 31, where your driver stands with your name sign. If you come out through a different door, send us a WhatsApp message and we will guide you to the driver.
Is the meeting point inside or outside the terminal?
At Istanbul Airport (IST) the meeting point is inside the terminal, at Column / Pillar 31 in the Arrivals Hall. At Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) it is outside the terminal building, at Column / Pillar 13 by the Arrivals Exit.
My baggage is delayed or lost — will the driver still be there?
Your 60 minutes of free waiting starts from your actual landing time. If the baggage desk is taking longer, send us a WhatsApp message with an update and we will keep your driver informed and arrange the pickup with you.
Do I have to message the driver when I land?
It is not required because we track your flight, but a short WhatsApp message once you have your luggage helps the driver be ready at the meeting point. The contact details for the driver are in your booking confirmation.
