1. Service Provider
Istanbul Airport Transfer 365 ("the Company") provides private ground transportation services in Istanbul, Turkey. By making a booking, you ("the Passenger") agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us via WhatsApp or email. The confirmation will include the driver's name, vehicle and pickup details. Please ensure all booking details are correct at the time of confirmation.
3. Pricing
All prices quoted are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of tolls, fuel and standard waiting time. Prices are fixed at time of booking and will not change. Quoted prices are valid at the time of quotation; prices may vary for future bookings.
4. Payment
Payment is made directly to the driver on the day of travel. Accepted currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, TRY. We do not currently accept credit card payments via website. Cash payment only unless otherwise arranged.
5. Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Free cancellation. Full refund if prepaid.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the transfer price may apply.
- No-show: Full transfer price charged. No refund.
To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp at +90 552 090 60 76. Verbal cancellations are not accepted — cancellation must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp.
6. Waiting Time
For airport pickups, 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the scheduled landing time (not the booking time). For non-airport pickups, 15 minutes complimentary waiting time is included. Additional waiting time may be charged at the driver's discretion.
7. Flight Delays
We monitor all inbound flights. In the event of a flight delay, no additional charge applies and your driver will wait accordingly, subject to reasonable time limits. In the event of very significant delays (3+ hours), we will contact you to discuss options.
8. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
- Eating hot food and drinking alcohol in vehicles is not permitted.
- Passengers causing damage to the vehicle will be liable for repair costs.
- The driver may refuse to transport passengers who are visibly intoxicated or behaving aggressively.
9. Luggage
Standard luggage (suitcases and hand luggage appropriate for the booked vehicle capacity) is included. The Company is not liable for loss or damage to passenger luggage.
10. Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the cost of the transfer. We are not liable for consequential losses, missed flights, missed connections or losses arising from delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
11. Medical Transfers
Our hospital transfer service is private non-emergency transportation only. We do not provide medical personnel or emergency medical services. For medical emergencies, contact 112 (Turkey emergency number).
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
