Who We Are
Istanbul Airport Transfer 365 is the private transfer service of ÖZCANDEMİR TURİZM SEYAHAT ACENTASI, a travel agency licensed by TÜRSAB, the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, under certificate No. 15948. Our office is in Kağıthane, Istanbul.
We arrange private, pre-booked transfers from Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) to hotels and addresses across the city, as well as city transfers, hospital transfers, intercity journeys and car hire with driver.
The "365" in our name is a promise: we take bookings and run transfers every day of the year, day and night.
How Our Service Works
- Book online or on WhatsApp. Choose your pickup, destination, date and vehicle. You see the fixed price for your route before you confirm — see the transfer price list.
- Receive your confirmation. We confirm on WhatsApp with your pickup details and meeting instructions.
- We track your flight. For airport pickups the driver follows your real landing time, and 60 minutes of free waiting is included.
- Meet your driver. Your driver waits at arrivals with a name sign — at Column 31 at IST and Column 13 at SAW (see meeting points).
- Travel door to door. The driver helps with your luggage and takes you directly to your hotel or address. You pay the agreed price to the driver.

We use Mercedes vehicles only, cleaned before every trip and equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi:

Our website and booking support are available in English, Turkish, German, Russian, Arabic and French, so you can arrange your transfer in the language you are most comfortable with.
